Kidsout Terms of Use for Parents

This Terms of Use Agreement ("Agreement") is a legally binding contract between you ("User") and Kidsout, governing the use of Kidsout websites, applications, and related products (collectively, the "Kidsout Platform").

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Kidsout Platform, you agree to be bound by this Agreement and the Kidsout Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Platform.
The Kidsout Platform is an online service that allows individuals ("Parents") to search, view, and book services offered by caregivers ("Babysitters"). Babysitters post their profiles, and Parents engage with them directly through the Platform.
This offer is addressed to individuals aged 18 and older who wish to use the Kidsout Platform for personal (non-commercial) childcare needs. For business inquiries or corporate use, a separate agreement is required. Please contact: help@kidsout.app

2. Registration and Access
You may register using your mobile number or social media account. Only one User account is allowed per phone number.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and secure. Any activity under your account is considered your responsibility.

3. User Responsibilities
Users agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information.
• Refrain from impersonating others or submitting false data.
• Update their contact information regularly.
• Treat Babysitters with respect.
• Not use Babysitter data for commercial or unlawful purposes.
• Not solicit Babysitters with third-party services, pyramid schemes, or discriminatory job posts.
• Not misuse the Platform to distribute offensive, harmful, or misleading content.
• Not interfere with the design, functionality, or security of the Platform.

4. Responsibilities of Kidsout
Kidsout provides the Platform as a tool to connect Parents with Babysitters. Kidsout does not employ Babysitters, nor does it guarantee successful matches.
We reserve the right to:

• Modify or remove content that violates our policies.
• Suspend or terminate access in case of misuse.
• Request identity verification or additional documentation.

5. License and Payment Terms
Kidsout grants a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Babysitter Database. Full access requires payment via subscription or pay-as-you-go.
Payment Options:

1. Subscription: Monthly fee provides unlimited access.
2. Pay-as-you-go: Fee charged only when a booking is successfully completed.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe and CloudPayments. Payment details are encrypted and not stored on Kidsout servers.
Subscription renews automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your account settings.
Refunds are only issued for technical errors or if no Babysitter was found within the first month.

6. Limitation of Liability
Kidsout is not responsible for the conduct of Babysitters or for the accuracy of information provided in their profiles.
We do not guarantee:

• That the Platform will meet all User needs.
• That a suitable Babysitter will be found.
• That all services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Users assume full responsibility for their use of the Platform and interactions with Babysitters.

7. Personal Data
By registering, you consent to the processing of your personal data, including storage, analysis, and cross-border transfer if applicable. This includes name, contact details, and child-related data as outlined in the Privacy Policy.
You may revoke consent by writing to: help@kidsout.app. Revocation will result in account deletion.

8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Kidsout Platform, including text, design, logos, software, and database structures, is the property of Kidsout LLC and protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit any Platform content without written permission.

9. Use of Platform Materials
You may not reproduce or use Platform materials without attribution. For online use, an active link to Kidsout.app is required. For print, include the credit: "Babysitter Booking Service — Kidsout".

10. Final Provisions

• Kidsout reserves the right to amend these Terms.
• Changes are effective once posted online.
• Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
• If any part of this Agreement is found invalid, the remainder remains in force.
• The governing law is that of your country of residence.
