Consent to the Processing of Personal Data

If You Are a Babysitter

By registering in the Kidsout mobile application (“Mobile Application”), the individual hereby accepts this Consent to the Processing of Personal Data (“Consent”). Acting voluntarily, of their own free will, in their own interest, and confirming their legal capacity, the individual grants their consent to Kidsout LLC (Company Registration Number: 001611783, Address: 37 Grove Lane, Burlington, MA), the owner of the Mobile Application, to process their personal data under the following conditions:

• This Consent applies to the processing of personal data both with and without the use of automation tools.
• The data will be processed and made accessible through the Kidsout Mobile Application.
• The categories of personal data covered by this Consent include: full name, date of birth, phone number, email address, social media profile link (e.g., VK, Facebook), gender, citizenship, passport details, place of work and/or study, education, work experience, address of residence, copies of passport and driver’s license, education certificate, work permit, proof of residence, medical certificates, documents confirming work experience, criminal record information, and credit/tax/other liabilities.
• Special categories of personal data are not processed.
• Biometric data: photograph.
• Purpose of processing: access to the personal account in the app, conclusion and execution of the agreement with Kidsout LLC, identity verification, liveness detection, background check, financial scoring via the WideCheck platform, job search through the app, distribution of materials, marketing communications, maintaining and updating the client database, conducting surveys and research, improving service quality, service and product updates, event notifications, promotions and direct marketing, and providing technical support.

Personal data may be shared with third parties, including:

• Sum&Substance (Data Protection Registration Number: ZA222205; Company Registration Number: 09688671; Address: 30 St. Mary Axe, London, EC3A 8BF)

Processing activities include: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating or modification), retrieval, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), anonymization, blocking, deletion, and destruction of data.
The processing period is up to 10 (ten) years unless terminated earlier at the data subject’s request.
Consent may be withdrawn at any time by the data subject or their legal representative by sending a written request to: help@kidsout.app.
This Consent remains valid until the termination of data processing as specified in clause 10.1 of this document.

If You Are a Parent

By registering in the Kidsout mobile application (“Mobile Application”), the individual hereby accepts this Consent to the Processing of Personal Data (“Consent”). Acting voluntarily, of their own free will, in their own interest and in the interest of a minor child (“child”), and confirming their legal capacity, the individual grants their consent to Kidsout LLC (Company Registration Number: 001611783, Address: 37 Grove Lane, Burlington, MA), the owner of the Mobile Application, to process their own and their child’s personal data under the following conditions:

• This Consent applies to the processing of personal data both with and without the use of automation tools.
• The data categories include:
• Standard personal data (not special or biometric): full name, phone number, email address, social media nickname (e.g., VK, Facebook), child’s name and age.
• Biometric personal data: photographs and photo/video images of the child.
• Personal data are not publicly available.
• Purpose of processing: access to the personal account in the app, contract conclusion, provision of services by Kidsout LLC, distribution of materials, marketing and promotional communication, maintaining and updating the client database, conducting surveys and research to improve services, updates about services and products, events, promotions, bonuses, and direct marketing, as well as technical support.

Personal data may be shared with third parties involved in service delivery (e.g., online session instructors, partners), or any other third parties involved in the provision of services.

Processing activities include: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating or modification), retrieval, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), anonymization, blocking, deletion, and destruction of data.
The processing period is up to 10 (ten) years unless terminated earlier at the data subject’s request.
Consent may be withdrawn at any time by the data subject or their legal representative by sending a written request to: help@kidsout.app.

This Consent remains valid until the termination of data processing as specified in clause 9 of this document.
